504. Base 7
Description
Given an integer num, return a string of its base 7 representation.
Example 1:
Input: num = 100 Output: "202"
Example 2:
Input: num = -7 Output: "-10"
Constraints:
-107 <= num <= 107

Thinking
Base-7 conversion is repeated division by \(7\). Handle \(0\) directly and convert the absolute value of a negative number, then restore the sign. Remainders come out least-significant first, so reverse before joining.
The loop runs once per digit, which is \(O(\log |num|)\).
